NFT’s marketplace, UNXD, has announced that they will be using a verifiable Random Function (VRF)) to release Dolce and Gabbana DGFamily NFT. In addition, UNXD will cover approximately 0.02 ETH per gas for opening each DGFamily glass box.
Why Chainlink VRF?
More and more NFT projects are starting to implement Chainlink’s VRF capabilities. This provides fair, unpredictable, verifiable and tamper-proof randomness in the chain. In other words, Chainlink VRF will generate a random number for each DGFamily NFT. This creates a reliable and transparent environment for all buyers.
Prior to the DGFamily NFT collection, UNXD used a stand-alone or partially self-contained solution for NFT disclosure processes. This is due to the fact that a fully chained solution is technically difficult and expensive to implement. This means that the community has no choice but to believe that the team will not interfere with the randomization process.
Chainlink VRF sets a higher standard for UNXD and the launch of DGFamily NFT.
About the DGFamily NFT Collection
The DGFamily NFT collection followed the successful release of the D&G Collezione Genesi collection with UNXD. Now Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana (Dolce and Gabbana) present 3 versions of the carved box. The black, gold and platinum boxes give owners a variety of benefits, including D&G’s physical clothing items.
