Representatives of the leading blockchain game League of Kingdoms (LoK) announced that they will introduce into their game metaverse the first set of characters that are non-fungible tokens (NFT) – Genesis Drago NFT. The collection will be accompanied by the launch of the dragon soul token (DST) service internal currency.
The platform is equipped with a Play-to-Earn mechanism, which allows you to earn internal crypto assets in the gaming space. By completing tasks and participating in tournaments, players receive bonuses in the form of native tokens $LOKA, which can later be used to strengthen characters and purchase internal NFT.
The announced Drago will be the first NFT character. In an official announcement of his appearance, members of the LoK team reported:
“Drago will be a powerful creature that enhances the combat skills of participants in the main League of Kingdoms Arena (LoKA) game.”
The creators also added that the Genesis collection includes a limited edition of NFT creatures.
As follows from the further description, it will be possible to get a rare character in exchange for other previously issued non-fungible tokens or by paying in domestic currencies. Drago can also be used to create new NFT characters, by breeding – combining existing elements to create a new one – with the following collections.
Members of the crypto community stressed that the game format may seem frivolous against the background of crypto-digital opportunities. However, a closer analysis shows the depth of the created project.
The $LOKA token allows participants to participate in every decision related to the development of the metaverse. The potential of the project was recognized by such major investors as Binance Labs, Sequoia India, a16z, Hashed. At the moment, 800 thousand active users participate in the game every month, a fifth of them daily.
